Foxtrot

The Foxtrot property was acquired in 1995 and opened in 1997. It was our first attempt at development and we are quite proud of the results! A 25 acre site was divided into 14 lots and the community has evolved into mixture of primary and secondary homes that are unique but integrated environmentally and architecturally. The development gave Celtic the forum to experiment on innovative construction and development techniques. Please take a look! Located one half mile past Miller’s Ridge and next to the Boulder Creek sub-division.

Wyndham Hill

The Wyndham Hill project was conceptualized in early 2000 and executed over the next year and a half. The site is unique in that the 10 acre tract lays in the Town of Boone ETJ and carried the highest restriction in regard to the Winkler’s Creek watershed! The project was started in response to the affordable housing shortage in the area and currently houses young professionals and families! This was our first experiment with building smaller footprints. Please visit! Directions: From Boone and 321 S., turn right at Bojangles, go ½ mile and turn right on Winkler’s Creek Rd., go 1 mile and turn right on Wyndham Way.
