Glenmoore is being developed by Celtic Building Co. Inc. of Boone and Blowing Rock. The project is being built with environmental sensitivity and compatibility. All homes will gain a huge passive solar advantage with proper site orientation. The single most important decision in choosing your shade of green building is the size of home. All 5 homes will bear the distinctive trademarks of the Blowing Rock “cottage” vernacular. Preliminary design work has been accomplished for all homes, and final drawings are being prepared. The first cottage is to be built on lot #3, with construction scheduled for completion in Spring of ’08.

This property has been annexed into the Town of Blowing Rock, and the Town will provide water and sewer service, street maintenance, police and fire protection, and streetscape lighting. The Glenmoore POA will maintain all grassed areas to assure timely grass mowing and leaf removal. Anticipated POA dues are $1500/yr.
